Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to TURSDIM LLC. We reserve specific vehicles and professional chauffeurs exclusively for your scheduled reservation, blocking these premium assets from other potential clients. Because our fleet operating capacity is directly impacted by late modifications, TURSDIM LLC enforces a strict Cancellation and Refund Policy. By submitting your payment details and finalizing your booking, you (the “Client” or “Cardholder”) explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All reservations for premium and specialty fleet tiers—including but not limited to Stretch Limousines, Executive Sprinter Vans, and Exotic/Premium Vehicles—require a non-refundable deposit equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total estimated charter cost at the time of booking. This deposit secures the vehicle and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers immediate administrative overhead and liquidated damages for vehicle reservation exclusivity.

2. Standard Cancellation Windows

Eligible refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit where applicable) are strictly determined by the time elapsed between the receipt of the formal cancellation notice and the scheduled pickup time:

Sedans and Standard SUVs (Executive Fleet):

  • Cancellations submitted more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time: Eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees).
  • Cancellations submitted less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time: Strictly non-refundable. One hundred percent (100%) of the total estimated reservation cost will be charged.

Stretch Limousines, Executive Sprinters, and Specialty Fleet:

  • Cancellations submitted more than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled service date: Eligible for a refund of the remaining balance (excluding the initial 30% non-refundable deposit).
  • Cancellations submitted less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled service date: Strictly non-refundable. One hundred percent (100%) of the total estimated reservation cost will be charged.

3. No-Show Policy

A reservation will be classified as a “No-Show,” and the service will be deemed rendered if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within the following timeframes:

  • Commercial Airport Arrivals: Within sixty (60) minutes from the actual flight landing time (tracked via official FAA radar data).
  • Standard Point-to-Point Pickups: Within fifteen (15) minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

In the event of a No-Show, one hundred percent (100%) of the total estimated service amount (including base rate, applicable tolls, surcharges, and discretionary gratuity) will be forfeited and charged. No refunds or credits will be issued.

4. Method and Timeline of Refunds

All approved refunds will be credited exclusively back to the original credit or debit card utilized to secure the initial booking. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the credit to reflect on your financial statement, depending on your issuing bank’s internal processing procedures. In strict compliance with federal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, TURSDIM LLC will not issue cash, checks, or alternative-card refunds under any circumstances.

5. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Dispute Mitigation

By executing a transaction with TURSDIM LLC, the Cardholder explicitly waives the right to dispute legitimate charges with their issuing bank for cancellations, late modifications, or No-Shows that fall within the non-refundable windows defined in this Policy.

TURSDIM LLC utilizes comprehensive corporate digital tracking systems, including but not limited to:

  • Real-time GPS vehicle telematics
  • Electronic flight tracking logs
  • Automated chauffeur time-stamps
  • In-car dual-lens dashcam footage

In the event of an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback filing, this verifiable digital evidence will be submitted directly to the merchant processor and credit card issuer to enforce this binding contract. Furthermore, TURSDIM LLC reserves the right to pursue civil collections and legal remedies to recover disputed funds, plus collections fees and administrative costs.
