Terms And Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “Client,” or “Passenger”), and TURSDIM LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our transportation services. By booking a reservation or utilizing our chauffeured services, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Financial Responsibility & Billing Authorizations
- Payment Authorization: The Client assumes full financial responsibility for all services ordered and authorizes TURSDIM LLC to charge the provided credit card for all reservation costs, including base rates, fuel surcharges, tolls, airport fees, parking, and gratuity.
- Pre-Authorization Hold: To mitigate credit risk, the Company reserves the right to place a pre-authorization hold on the Client’s credit card up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled service. This hold will be equal to one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the total estimated cost to accommodate potential incidentals, tolls, or overtime.
- Overtime Billing: Hourly charters are billed door-to-door (from the time the vehicle departs the Company’s garage until its return). Any overtime extending past the contracted duration will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments at the vehicle’s standard hourly rate.
2. Waiting Time Policy
- Airport Pickup Grace Periods: Commercial airport arrivals include a complimentary waiting period of thirty (30) minutes for domestic flights and sixty (60) minutes for international flights. The grace period begins precisely at the time the flight is reported as “landed” by the official flight tracking systems.
- Non-Airport Pickup Grace Periods: All standard residential, hotel, or corporate pickups include a complimentary fifteen (15) minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time.
- Extended Waiting Fees: Upon the expiration of the complimentary grace period, waiting time will be automatically billed with a 15-minute step-increment at the standard hourly rate assigned to the reserved vehicle tier.
3. Passenger Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy
TURSDIM LLC maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy to ensure the safety of our passengers and chauffeurs:
- Illegal Substances: The possession, transport, or consumption of any illegal narcotics or controlled substances inside Company vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- Underage Drinking: Alcohol consumption by individuals under the legal drinking age of twenty-one (21) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Smoking and Vaping: All vehicles in our fleet are strictly non-smoking environments. This applies to traditional tobacco products, cigars, electronic cigarettes, and vaporizers.
- Immediate Termination: Violation of any component of the Zero-Tolerance Policy will result in the immediate termination of the service. The chauffeur will safely discharge all passengers at the nearest public location, the full reservation cost (100%) will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Property Damage, Incidents, & Standard Fine Schedule
The Client assumes full liability for any physical damage, interior degradation, or structural destruction caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests. By agreeing to these terms, the Client authorizes TURSDIM LLC to automatically charge the card on file for the following mandatory incident remediation fees:
- Bodily Fluid Sanitization / Vomit Fee: Minimum $500.00 hazard cleaning fee.
- Interior Upholstery Burn (Cigarette/Vape Damage): Minimum $750.00 repair fee per affected element.
- Excessive Interior Detailing (Spillage, Deep Stains, Trash): Minimum $250.00 professional detailing fee.
- Hardware & Electronics Damage (Screens, Audio, Glassware): Billed at the actual manufacturer replacement cost plus a twenty percent (20%) corporate administrative surcharge.
5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
While TURSDIM LLC maintains rigorous operational standards to ensure absolute punctuality, the Company shall not be held liable for service delays, interruptions, missed flights, or cancelled itineraries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
These circumstances include, but are not limited to: extreme weather conditions, acts of God, unexpected traffic gridlock, road closures, civil unrest, accidents caused by third parties, and sudden, unforeseen mechanical failures. In the event of an operational necessity or mechanical failure prior to service, the Company reserves the right to substitute the reserved vehicle with an alternative asset of equal or greater capacity and luxury class.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which TURSDIM LLC is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction.
